I’ve been to the courses and seminars but still can’t work out what I or my organisation need to know or do, am I the only one?

Don’t think you are the only one with this concern, there has recently there has been a spate of courses, training sessions, and seminars etc, given by numerous bodies in relation to this legislation with many participants leaving with the same concerns.

The feedback that we are receiving from our clients and colleagues is that there is a still lot of industry confusion about the legislation and more so about how to implement policies and procedures that support rights or, potentially more importantly, ensure that systems and practices are in place that allow companies and persons to meet the obligations they now have under the Act.
