The group has provided consultancy services, performed and managed numerous projects directly to end user clients or contracted to construction organisations to identify, tender, win, manage, finalise, troubleshoot and resolve project and contractual issues on projects such as:
Minerals and mining
- Beverley Uranium Mine, design and construct project of a remote “greenfields” insitu leach uranium mine, (value at time of completion $36M 2000).
- Olympic Dam Optimisation 3 Projects, (value at time of completion from $1.5M to $6M 2002).
- Olympic Dam Copper Solvent Extraction mechanical plant works, (value at time of completion $36M 2003).
- BeMax Mineral Sands Processing plant Broken Hill comprising of Civil, mechanical and structural works, (value at time of completion $6M 2005).
- Honeymoon Uranium Mine Principal’s Project Managers and Representatives, (value at time of engagement $93M 2007).
- Prominent Hill Copper mine various works for the Principal and Construction Contractors such as Structural Concrete works, Power Line, Emergency Black start power generation and sundry camp and facilities works, (value at time of completion from $4.5M to $36M from 2005 to 2008).
Oil and gas
- Moomba and Pt Bonython various projects over 6 years continuously on site contracting directly to Santos on projects such as Emergency Shut Down system upgrades, boiler upgrades, control room upgrade and general plant project works including instrumentation, electrical, mechanical, civil and building work. (value at time of work from $300K to $1M 1986 to 1992)
- Sagasco LPG Gas distribution plant instrumentation and sundry works (value at time of completion $1M 1988)
- Moomba control room upgrade including building and electrical work (value at time of completion from $7.2M 2005)
Power Generation
- Colongra – 400 MW Gas turbines civil and site works. Establish the Project and site management of this project to be delivered to Alstom Australia. (value at time of completion from $18M 2008)
- Condamine – Gas turbines civil and site works. Establish the Project and site management of this project to be delivered to Austrian Energy (value at time of completion from $8M 2008)
- Various power projects and generator installations from 100KW to 8MW including gas, tip gas, diesel and LPG fuel engines and plant (values at time of completion from $100k to 8MW 1995 to 2007)
Building Works, General works infrastructure, tendering and consultancy on claims and contractual matters
- Building works management on commercial , multistorey and industrial buildings (value at time of completion from $200K to $25M from 1993 to 2008)
- General works and infrastructure including civil works, mechanical work, instrumentation and electrical works(value at time of completion from $100K to $8M from 1993 to 2010)
- Tendering on Civil, Mechanical, Structural, Building, Instrument and Electrical Works including multi-discipline, design and construct projects (value at the time from $5M to $60M 1993 to 2010)
