Sometimes our clients have projects underway and would like an external review of the progress of work, to satisfy themselves with their project team’s progress.
As mentioned previously we have extensive experience in all facets of project delivery, from design reviews through to commissioning and completion of final defects.
This experience means we are well prepared to quickly and accurately

  • Understand the clients requirements
  • Review the current design in line with the clients requirements
  • Review the project programme and status of works completed on site
  • Review the project budget
  • Review the status of contracts including but not limited to the scope of work, processing of variations and claims
  • Inspect the Quality of the works and verify that it has been completed in accordance with the documentation and specifications.
